PALM CITY MERSIN EXTENSION & REGENERATION

Initially branded as Carrefour Mersin Shopping Center when unveiled in 2003 as the first shopping center in Mersin, Palm City prides itself on being the first shopping center regeneration project in Turkey.

This noteworthy project claims the successful completion of complex skills and processes, embedding releasing, refurbishment, renovation, reconstruction, restructuring, extension, eviction, repositioning and rebranding.

This unique project, implying innovative methodology and development processes, is promoting exclusive design characteristics which are the outstanding result of an intense 24-month development work. Throughout the entire renovation process, CarrefourSA Hypermarket was always kept functional and fully operational: these efforts carved out a new meaning for the shopping experience, especially thanks to the high standards followed and fulfilled here.

Palm City Shopping Center, built on a total surface area of 94,266m², now accommodates 67 stores, kiosks, restaurants, anchor stores, and a cinema over a 34,000 m² leasable area.

Outdoor free car park with a capacity of 1,000 vehicles offers a highly practical access for a comfortable shopping experience for the whole family, including senior and disabled visitors.
