We are pleased to announce that ÆRIUM Turkey’s Izmit Town Center project has been awarded by RLI, Retail Leisure International, with the Gold Award, for the “Best Future Project”, on June 5th at the London RLI ceremony. ÆRIUM's development project in Turkey's Izmit Town Center was nominated and shortlisted with three other mega projects from China for the best future development project in the world by an international panel assembled by RLI Magazine. There were 138 projects competing across 17 categories with entries from across the globe.
The Izmit Town Center project represents 52,000 sqm of land with 130,000 sqm of construction rights. The program includes residential, offices, hotel, concert hall, art center and attractive shopping center with restaurants, movie theatre, fitness center and many other facilities designated for social activities which will make the site a major destination for the regenerated city center. The total asset value of the development will be over USD 400 million.
